Andy Ophee is a musician/ artist/DJ living in Illawarra. His bands stretch way back to the 70s with Toowoomba punk band BRIAN. There have been the country bands The Blue Tongues (80s) and The Band that couldn't Plough Straight (90s) and 2000 onwards was the reggae ska band The Leisure Coasters.
